FAQs

Coaching can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Below are some common questions that may help you.

  • Coaching is a space to pause, reflect, and get honest with yourself. It’s not advice-giving or therapy, it’s a collaborative process that helps you reconnect with your own clarity, courage, and next steps.

  • If you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or sensing there’s more to life than what you’re currently living, coaching can help. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Curiosity is enough.

  • We talk. We listen. We slow things down. Sessions are conversational and intuitive , sometimes structured, sometimes spacious depending on what’s needed. It’s a chance to meet yourself more fully.

  • That depends on you. Some people come for a few sessions to work through something specific. Others stay longer as the work deepens. We’ll review regularly and decide together what feels useful.

  • This is coaching but it’s coaching with depth. My style is psychotherapeutic, drawing on psychosynthesis, emotional intelligence, and holistic practice. We explore not just performance, but patterns, meaning, and self-awareness. Therapeutic coaching sits at the intersection of coaching and counselling, supporting growth and integration with both structure and psychological depth.

  • Psychosynthesis is a holistic, integrative approach that works with the whole person, mind, body, will, and deeper self. I blend this with practical coaching tools to support lasting change.

  • Sessions are available online or in person by arrangement

  • I offer a sliding scale based on your circumstances. We’ll discuss this in our initial call and find something that feels fair and sustainable for both of us.

  • We start with a free, no obligation, 30-minute Zoom call to get to know each other. It’s not a coaching session, just a chance to see whether the work feels like a good fit.

  • • What brings you to coaching

    • Why now, and what change you’re hoping for

    • A bit about your past experience

    • What coaching with me involves

    • Any questions you have about process, ethics, or practicalities
