Coaching & Consulting with Matthew Boyle

I’ve spent most of my life exploring what it means to live and lead with presence.

Before transitioning into coaching, I built and led businesses in hospitality, growing a company from one site to a multi-venue group with hundreds of employees. It taught me a lot about people, myself included, leadership, stress, and what happens when we’re disconnected from ourselves.

Underneath it all was a deeper thread, a long-standing commitment to self-inquiry, healing, and personal growth. I’ve trained in Psychosynthesis coaching, holistic counselling, and leadership development. I’m accredited by the EMCC, and continue to train and deepen my practice.

What I offer now is shaped by this mix of grounded experience and inner work. I understand what it means to hold responsibility, lead teams, navigate change and I know how valuable it is to have space where you can be honest, reconnect, and realign.

If this resonates, get in touch. We can arrange a short call to see if working together feels right.

Coaching sessions are available online or in-person by arrangement.

What to Expect

Each session is a space to meet yourself more fully. Some people come with something specific they want to work through. Others arrive with a sense that something needs to shift, even if they can’t name it yet. Both are welcome.

We start by listening to what’s present, what’s emerging, what’s being avoided. Over time, the work becomes a space to reconnect with your own clarity, compassion, and courage. Not just insight, but integration.

Sessions are conversational, experiential, and collaborative. I bring presence, intuition, and structure. You bring your truth, in whatever shape it takes that day.

If you’d like to explore working together, let’s start the conversation.
